"Quiet and subtle. On the nose, a variety of bouquets of chamomile and salted lemon. First impression characterised by smoky components owed to the Opok soil, such as wet stone and chalk. Vibrant opening on the palate. Barren and salty. Also tangerines and pistachios. Unfolds layer by layer, playing with the delicate herbal spiciness and minerality shaped by its origin. A balanced arc of acid stretches into the finish and is immensely invigorating. Leaves a lasting impression of finesse and great depth."
