How much is shipping?
Within Austria, we are currently offering free delivery on all orders with a minimum spend of EUR 99. Delivery to Germany is free for purchases of EUR 199 and over. The actual shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart as soon as you have entered your delivery address. Should you wish an overview of shipping costs beforehand, please refer to our table of delivery charges listed in our general terms and conditions.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We strive to process your order within 24 hours. Sometimes we are even faster, at other times processing might take slightly more time. Once your parcel has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive an e-mail from us. Ideally, it only takes two working days for the order delivery to reach you.
Depending on the delivery address, we either dispatch your order by Austrian Post or DHL. Both usually work very swiftly and reliably. Should your order still not have arrived after seven business days, something most likely will have gone wrong.
Currently, we do not offer express delivery.

How can I track the delivery of my order?
As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will automatically receive an e-mail to track your shipment.
My package has not arrived. What can I do?
You should receive an e-mail with a tracking identifier immediately after your order has been shipped. This makes it easy to follow your order while it is on its way. Please track your order to receive further details on its whereabouts.
Should issues arise with the delivery of your order, please let us know in due time by sending an e-mail to email@example.com – we are happy to assist!
Which types of payment can be used in the online shop?
We accept several types of payment:
Direct bank transfer / advance payment
Credit card payment with Visa or Mastercard
How will I receive my invoice?
You will find a hard copy of your invoice in the parcel together with your order.
Can I return products ordered online?
Yes, you may return your order and we will refund the full purchase price of the products in the form of a credit note.
Please note the following:
– Returns must be made within 14 calendar days of the invoice date.
– The order must be in its original packaging and undamaged.
– You must present the original invoice.
– You will need bear the costs for the return shipment.
If products have been delivered incorrectly or are faulty, different procedures apply. In such a case, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work on finding a solution together.
A wrong product has been delivered. How should I proceed?
We are terribly sorry should this occur! In case a mistake happened at our end when processing your order, please send an e-mail to email@example.com and we will find a solution!
How should I proceed if the delivered goods are damaged?
Oh no! Fortunately, in the event that the delivered products were damaged or impaired during transport, we guarantee full replacement. Therefore, please immediately check the received goods for their intactness and completeness. Any such complaint must be confirmed by the respective delivery partner.

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer the purchase of vouchers or gift cards.
How can I redeem a voucher or discount?
Should you have a valid code (e.g., from a newsletter), it is possible to redeem it in the shopping cart of our online shop. The discount code will then be applied to your order and the respective costs.

Can I visit Gross & Gross?
Currently, there is no designated single location for Gross & Gross. As we are a cooperation of siblings, who each also follow their respective original path, you are welcome to taste and buy our products at both the Gross winery in Ratsch (Southern Styria) and as of spring 2023 at Vino Gross in Svečina (Štajerska Slovenija).
