Our recommendation This juice makes a wonderful pairing for salty crackers, asparagus, grilled scallops and oysters. It also harmonises splendidly with quiche, cream cheese, wild garlic gratin or sweet desserts. We also recommend it as an aperitif – whichever you prefer, but best enjoyed pure and chilled in a large wine glass.

Flein description Already the nose is wonderfully lively and animating of typical notes of nutmeg, sage and orange blossom. The intense flavour continues on the palate, reminiscent of dried flowers and alpine herbs. It has a juicy, aromatic flavour of kumquats and surprises with a delicate saltiness.
