Our recommendation This juice makes a wonderful pairing for salty crackers, asparagus, grilled scallops and oysters. It also harmonises splendidly with quiche, cream cheese, wild garlic gratin or sweet desserts. We also recommend it as an aperitif – whichever you prefer, but best enjoyed pure and chilled in a large wine glass.
